- Before making an advance reservation, carefully review the resort's images and videos. If you are unsure, do not make the reservation because there will not be any reimbursement for cancellations.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy
- Booking cancellations made between the booking date and seven days prior to the check-in date are free.
- If a cancellation is made between seven and four days prior to the check-in date, there will be a 15% cancellation fee.
- If you need to cancel between four and two days before to the check-in date, you will be charged 50% of the total cost.
- If a cancellation is made within two days of the check-in date, there will be a 100% cancellation fee.
- If a cancellation is made after the check-in date or on a no-show, there will be a 100% cancellation fee.
- The refund process will take seven to fourteen days.
- Before making an advance reservation, carefully review the resort's images and videos. If you are unsure, do not make the reservation because there will not be any reimbursement for cancellations.
Policy for Guest Check-In
- Identity cards are mandatory for all the guests to stay at the property. Office ID cards and Pan cards are not accepted.
- Payment for any outstanding room bills must be made at the time of check-in. You can pay for the food and drink bill when you check out.
- Only availability and advance notice will permit early check-in or late checkout. Additional fees may apply.
- Guests are only permitted in the guest room during the day and for a maximum of one hour.
- Couples that have a valid photo ID are permitted to declare themselves unmarried.
- Only the number of guests shown on the booking slip or PNR is permitted. Additional guests are not permitted.
- If necessary, a security guard has the right to inspect visitors' possessions and luggage.
Policy for Using Swimming Pools
- Pool hours are 9.30 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the morning and 6.30 p.m. to 10 p.m. in the evening.
- Free use of the swimming pool is available to hotel guests.
- Wearing a swimming costume is required in order to utilize the pool. Any dress made of polyester or nylon is welcome, or you can rent one from the establishment.
- Glassware is not allowed around the pool.
- The pool decks are off-limits to food and beverages.
- Pets are not permitted in the pool.
- It is highly forbidden to chew pan masala, tobacco, or other substances near the pool.
- Before getting into the pool, avoid putting any cream or lotion on your body.
- Children under the age of fourteen must be accompanied by a swimsuit-clad adult.
- For your safety, always heed the advice of the on-duty personnel.
- When the pool is marked as closed, do not use it.
- Any personal property loss or damage, injury, disability, or death resulting from any cause while exercising or playing in the swimming area is not the responsibility of the hotel or management.
- These guidelines are subject to change at any time and without previous notice.

Policy on Foods and Drinks
- Breakfast is served from 8.30 to 10.30 a.m., lunch is from 1 to 3 p.m., snacks are from 5 to 9 p.m., and dinner is from 8 to 11 p.m.
- Outside Foods and beverages are not permitted on resort property. The hotel retains the right to relocate these food and drink items.
- It is not possible to cancel a restaurant order once it has been placed.
Policy on Foods and Drinks
- Check-in for the room begins at 11 a.m. The check-out time is 12 p.m.
- Without a reservation, late checkout is not permitted and may result in additional fees.
- Only visitors who have properly registered at the reception with a legitimate form of identification are permitted to access the rooms.
- It is not permitted to disturb other guests. If a guest disrupts other guests or otherwise disregards resort rules, the hotel retains the right to deny them additional hospitality.
- The entire hotel has complimentary Wi-Fi internet access. The password is given out at reception.
- Before leaving the guest room, please take the room key out of the keyhole.
- The resort is not liable for any loss or damage to your personal property. We respectfully ask that you notify reception right once if you suffer any losses.
- Any type of pre-wedding photography is permitted with enough notice. In this case, the management's choice will be final.
- In order to avoid upsetting or annoying other hotel guests, refrain from yelling, singing loudly, or making any other loud noises within the hotel or guest rooms.
- When guests first arrive at our hotel, we presume they are aware of and comprehend all of the hotel rules.

We visited Sanctum Resorts on Saturday, 3rd January, and while the property itself is beautiful, our experience was deeply unsettling due to a serious lapse in guest safety.
Between 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM, while my husband and I were dining in the outdoor area, a visibly intoxicated man began making indecent facial expressions at me. I confronted him, but he continued behaving inappropriately. We immediately informed the staff, who asked him to leave as he was neither staying nor dining at the property.
Unfortunately, the same individual returned shortly after and stood uncomfortably close to our table, pretending to be on a phone call. At this point, we genuinely felt unsafe and were close to calling the police or intervening ourselves. Only after informing the staff again was he properly escorted out and ensured to have left the premises.
What is especially concerning is that the individual threatened the staff, stating he would return and cause harm. This incident occurred while a haldi event was taking place at the resort. Had this happened to another guest—especially a woman or a child—the consequences could have been far more serious.
Security at the entrance also appeared inadequate. The watchman on duty did not seem equipped to handle such situations, and it felt like there was little control over who could enter or exit the property.
I am sharing this feedback purely in the interest of guest safety. Sanctum Resorts has the potential to offer a great experience, but incidents like this leave a lasting negative impression. I strongly urge the management to review and strengthen security measures, particularly in public dining areas and during events.

Sometimes, even great places lose their reputation because of poor staff behavior and weak management.
The location of this restaurant is excellent—right in front of the beach. With proper attention, this property could easily be taken to the next level. Unfortunately, it feels like the management is not focusing enough on upkeep or service. There is immense potential here to grow and become a benchmark beachside destination.
We visited the restaurant for lunch, but there were not enough staff to attend to guests. We had to search for someone just to place our order. When a staff member finally arrived, he was busy talking on the phone, took our order without any interaction, and walked away. A few minutes later, he returned with the food—still on the phone—completely ignoring the guests. He never once attempted to communicate with us.
This kind of behavior feels disrespectful to customers. The food itself was average—not bad, but nothing memorable.
After lunch, we took a walk around the property and along the beach. The place is truly beautiful and has a great atmosphere. Sadly, the service is a major letdown. The management really needs to address these issues. With the right attention and professionalism, this could become one of the best beachside properties.

Sanctum Beach Resorts is a lovely place right on the beach.
The location is beautiful and the property is clean and well maintained. I expected the restaurant to be expensive because of the view and the bar setup, but the prices were actually reasonable and the food tasted good.
Overall, it’s a great spot to relax, enjoy the sea view, and have a nice meal with good vibes and nature around.

We recently celebrated our sister Haldi and Sangeet events at the resort, and everything was absolutely perfect! The event management was excellent — beautifully organized and executed with great attention to detail. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all our guests. The staff provided the best services throughout, ensuring everything went smoothly. A special mention to the manager for his outstanding coordination and professional management. Sanctum Beach Resort is located on the beautiful beach of Visakhapatnam, directly across from the Thotlakonda gate, on the road from Beach Road to Bhimili, about 5 km from Bhimili. Our group of nearly 20 people visited for a day picnic, not for lodging, and we had a wonderful time connecting with nature and enjoying the resort's calm ambiance.
The scenic beauty of the Bay of Bengal added to the experience. We engaged in various activities, such as playing beach football, water volleyball, and bathing in the sea. It was truly a memorable outing.
However, one aspect that disappointed us was the lack of a common shower point. After enjoying a sea bath, having access to a shower is essential. While private bathrooms are likely available in the lodging rooms, a dedicated shower point for day visitors would be a significant and much needed addition .
The scenic beauty of the Bay of Bengal added to the experience. We engaged in various activities, such as playing beach football, water volleyball, and bathing in the sea. It was truly a memorable outing.
